Visto l’Avviso prot. n. AOODGAI/8124 del 15/07/2008 pubblicato dal MIUR avente ad oggetto la Programmazione dei Fondi Strutturali 2007/2013 – Avviso per la presentazione delle proposte relative alle Azioni previste dai Programmi Operativi Nazionali: “Competenze per lo Sviluppo” - 2007IT051PO007 - finanziato con il FSE e “Ambienti per l’Apprendimento” – 2007IT161PO004 -finanziato con il FESR. Annualità 2008 - 2009”;
Visto il Piano Integrato d’Istituto annualità 2008/2009; Vista l’Autorizzazione dei Piani Integrati PON FSE – Annualità 2008/2009- pubblicata dal MIUR con Avviso protocollo n.AOODGAI – 15951 del 18/12/08;
Vista Authorization Plans Integrated Pon ERDF Annuity 2008/2009 "Learning environments" published by the MIUR note n.AOODGAI 2796 of 27/05/2009; Hit the "Rules and instructions for the implementation of initiatives funded European Structural Funds 2007-2013 ";
CONSIDERING the resolution of the School Council on n._3__ _4/12/2009_, which was approved with the annual program for the financial year 2009-2010; CONSIDERING the resolution No _8_ _6/05/2010_ On the School Council with which it has been assumed in the budget the funds involved in the ERDF projects
Given the management device with which it was established a commission to examine the financial offers received, to verify whether the conditions laid down in the contract and in the technical and specially crafted to proceed in the best offer according to the criteria specified in the notice; Given the verbal drafted by the jury which show that the Commission itself has made the verification of the possession of the prescribed requirements and the evaluation and comparison of bids received;
the deliberation of the Council of the Institute No 9 on 10/6/2010, who consulted the bids received, the requirements thereof, records of the Commission and then approved;
Given the D.lg.vo April 12 2006, no 163 which governs the contracts of the awarding entities; DETERMINES
1. the award of the race specified in the notice prot. No __ _ _2839/B37 ERDF to the company Direct Media Contact Joseph Cannata __per the provision out to tender for the amount of € 7,195.16 (settemilacentonovantacinqueesedicicentesimi) including VAT, also considered the economic availability of € _2.586, 84 (duemilacinquecentoottantaseieottantaquattrocentesimi) _ view of the saving made by € _2.586, 84 (__ duemilacinquecentoottantaseieottantaquattrocentesimi this sum will be used to increase the purchases envisaged in the original project.
2. to charge the expenditure in the aggregate P 35 of the Annual Programme 2009-2010.
