Given the notice

No AOODGAI/8124 published by the MIUR of 15/07/2008 concerning the programming of the Structural Funds 2007-2013 - Notice for submission of proposals for action under the National Operational Programmes: "Skills Development" - 2007IT051PO007 - financed the ESF and the Environment for Learning "- 2007IT161PO004-financed by the ERDF. Annuity 2008 - 2009;
Given the annual Institute of Integrated Plan 2008/2009;
Vista Authorization Plans Integrated PON ESF - Annuity 2008/2009- notice published by the MIUR with protocol n.AOODGAI - 15951 of 18/12 / 08;
Given the Approval of Plans Integrated Pon ERDF Annuity 2008/2009 "Learning environments" published by the MIUR note n.AOODGAI 2796 of 27/05/2009;
Hit the "Rules and instructions for the implementation of the initiatives funded by European Structural Funds 2007-2013 ";
CONSIDERING the resolution of the School Council on n._3__ _4/12/2009_, which was approved with the annual program for the financial year 2009-2010;
CONSIDERING the resolution n . _8_ _6/05/2010_ On the School Council with which it has been assumed in the budget the funds involved in the ERDF projects

DETERMINES
1. the award of the race specified in the notice prot.
