Given the annual Institute of Integrated Plan 2008/2009;

Vista Authorization Plans Integrated PON ESF - Annuity 2008/2009- published by MIUR with notice n.AOODGAI Protocol - 15951 of 18/12/2008;

Vista Authorization integrated Pon ERDF Annuity Plans 2008/2009 "Learning environments" published by the MIUR note n.AOODGAI 2796 of 05/27/2009;
Hit the "Rules and instructions for the implementation of initiatives financed by the European Structural Funds 2007-2013 ";

CONSIDERING the resolution of the School Council on n._3__ _4/12/2009_, which was approved with the annual program for the financial year 2009-2010;

VISTA Resolution No. _8_ _6/05/2010_ On the School Council with which it has been assumed in the budget the funds involved in the ERDF projects
