Given the annual Institute of Integrated Plan 2008/2009;
Vista Authorization Plans Integrated PON ESF - Annuity 2008/2009- notice published by the MIUR with protocol n.AOODGAI - 15951 of 18/12 / 08; Vista Authorization integrated Pon ERDF Annuity Plans 2009/2010 "Learning environments" published by the MIUR note n.AOODGAI 916 of 02.01.2010
Hit the "Rules and instructions for the implementation of initiatives funded by the European Structural Funds 2007-2013 "; CONSIDERING the resolution of the Council Institute of n._3__ on _4/12/2009_, which was approved with the annual program for the financial year 2009-2010;
VISTA Resolution No. _8_ _6/05/2010_ On the School Council with which it has been assumed in the budget the funds involved in the ERDF projects view of the device with which management has established a commission to examine the financial offers made to verify the whether the conditions laid down in the contract and in the technical and specially crafted to proceed in the best offer according to the criteria specified in the notice;
view of the report prepared by the jury which show that the Commission medesima ha proceduto alle verifica del possesso dei prescritti requisiti ed alla valutazione ed al confronto delle offerte pervenute; Visto il verbale del Consiglio d’Istituto n. 9 in data 10/06/2010 che ha consultato le offerte pervenute, i requisiti prescritti delle stesse, i verbali della Commissione e quindi deliberato;
Visto il D.lg.vo 12 aprile 2006, n. 163 che disciplina i contratti delle stazioni appaltanti;
2. di imputare la relativa spesa nell'aggregato P 29 del Programma annuale 2009-2010.
Avverso la presente aggiudicazione può essere proposto reclamo o opposizione entro giorni sette dalla data di pubblicazione all’Albo ovvero ricorso giurisdizionale nei termini di legge.
